金曲「VINCENT」讓老牌歌手Don mcLean在台灣的詢問度大增，另一首情歌「AND I LOVE YOU SO 」
也被當作流星花園的插曲。一九七一年發行專輯「American Pie」其同名單曲「American Pie」在美
國流行音樂史上有著重要的里程碑，盤據了美國單曲榜冠軍一個多月，2000年瑪丹娜翻唱這首歌，同樣
在世界各地引起熱烈的迴響。
