An outstanding season by the Dodgers garnered their manager Fred Pien the National League Manager of the Year award for 2012. He led Los Angeles (N) to a 110-52 record this year and a first place finish in the National League Western Division.
Even so, Pien seemed less than thrilled. “I don’t give a damn about the award,” he growled to reporters,” I just want this tram to win championships!”
